Voilà! Meeting & Event Management, Inc. was established in February 2001. Voilà! is based in the Washington, DC area but our work is global in practice. The company is comprised of two principal partners, Eden Capuano and Olivia Immerman.

Collectively, Eden and Olivia bring more than 37 years of experience in the meeting and events industry to each client engagement. Our diverse backgrounds in this industry enable us to provide our clients with creative and one-of-a-kind event programming, flawless program execution, an attentive environment and long-term business meeting management and consolidation options.

Our professional backgrounds include work in several hotels, a catering company, a corporate meeting planner position, destination management companies and new meeting industry technologies. This strong base provides us the knowledge and multi-tasking experience needed for overall conference/meeting management with various sized groups in global destinations.

Voilà!’s exceptional staff lives up to the high expectations set by Eden and Olivia. Both owners are actively involved in several meeting industry associations including being board members for the Potomac Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and the Association of Meeting Professionals.
