If your program includes a speaking engagement, Voilà! can help. We will work with you to assess the profile of your attendees, develop an estimated budget and then make appropriate recommendations for individual speakers based on your subject matter and other requirements. Voilà! will also act as the communication point of contact with the speaker(s), spearheading their individual logistics such as hotel accommodations, air and/or ground transportation and any other special requirements. Voilà! has a great deal of experience on the speaker circuit and we will lead you through the steps of successfully integrating the speaker’s content into your program; this might include helping to develop your syllabus, or printing, assembling and delivering the distribution of materials to all attendees. As with all of our service offerings, Voilà! will also facilitate the account billing and reconciliation tasks so that you don’t have to.
